This was my lunch today – so simple but sooooo good! I have this for lunch most days but alternate it with fish and swap my carbs to quinoa. I love this and just can’t get bored! I know I sound so strange but this is one of my favourite meals, so clean and tasty…YUM YUM YUM!
To make this:
1 chicken breast, chargrilled
50g brown rice
veggies (brocoli, spinach and kale)
25g goats cheese
