I love tuna, especially tinned. I used to LOVE it smothered in salad cream (don’t judge me!) but now just plain is perfect with pepper and some lemon juice.
This is so easy to prepare – throw all your favourite salad ingredients together in a bowl and there you are..all done! I don’t tend to use any salad dressings, just some fresh lemon or lime juice and pepper and it’s so fresh, delicious and healthy.
In this tasty tuna bowl I used….
1 tin of tuna (seasoned with pepper and lemon)
Roasted aubergines, courgettes, peppers, and a little red onion.
Raw spinach leaves (or any salad leaves of your choice)
4 cherry tomatoes
Once you have roasted the veg, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and then transfer to your dish and then scoff yourself silly!
