Another clean, healthy and satisfying dinner this evening that I thought I would share with you as it was so yummy and filling. Admittedly, only 1 steak would probably be enough, but I was extra hungry tonight so had 2!
This yummy dinner includes:
Tuna steaks (cooked in the oven, seasoned with chilli and lime)
Paprika seasoned sweet potato chunks (microwaved for 3 minutes and then cooked in the oven for 20 mins)
Brocoli and kale (but any green veggies would work pefectly)
Can’t wait for dinner already tomorrow!!!
