For my lovely teaching assistant, as an end of year gift, I made her a lemon cake. Lemon cakes are perfect for summer time, so light and refreshing and this recipe was really easy to follow.
I used this recipe to make the cake and icing and decorated it using a few sugar daisies on the top 🙂
