After an indulgent weekend, I needed some extra greens in my life so I decided to make this delicious dinner on Monday night. It tastes better than it looks, I promise!
It was so quick to make! It looks like a big plate full and to be honest it was! However, I have padded it out with extra salad to make me fuller! Plus I love salad!
Before you start, chop the chicken into cubes and sprinkle with Harissa seasoning. In a frying pan, heat up some fry light (about 5 sprays) and begin by frying your chicken. Then add asparagus, tenderstem broccoli, cauliflower and celery and keep stirring regularly. Once the meat and veggies are cooked through, you are good to go! Serve with salad leaves and brown rice! I guarantee you will be satisfied afterwards! All of this for 500 calories YUMMMMMYY!!!
