Another eggy breakfast 🙂 I find I am always hungry for breakfast and enjoy eating lots of protein so if I can get more eggs – why not?!!!
Here we have 2 poached eggs on Schwar Gluten Free Wholegrain bread, spinach, grilled mushrooms and extra protein from 3 boiled eggs (egg white only).
To cook my poached eggs:
Boil your water in a pan and add a dash of apple cider vinegar
Place your eggs into a small dish and then pour into the water carefully.
Set your timer – I poach mine for 2 minutes as I like mine very runny.
Then once the time is up, using a strainer, take your eggs out of the pan and place on some kitchen roll just to get rid of any excess water and then serve with a sprinkling of pepper.
