My Go To Snack
This is one of my daily snacks. I am forever snacking on @saykallo rice cakes and now that I have discovered a LOVE (that’s a understatement) for @pipandnut coconut and almond butter, this snack just got that little bit extra!! I have got 2 rice cakes, topped with almond butter and fresh blueberries and frozen raspberries. I also had 2 more rice cakes as well on the side. Told you I love rice cakes! I eat them every day without fail!
Now I have the nut butter, it adds a good bit of healthy fat and little protein too to keep me satisfied just that little bit longer.
I have these either as a morning or afternoon snack. You could top with lots of different fruit, like strawberries, blackberries or even try a different nut butter too.
